If you have got the Quote Media (QM) username and password applied, please check a few things:
1) Check if Professional User mode is checked off (You might not have Professional License) in the settings of Quotemedia. If you still can’t resolve the issue follow step 2
2) Re-install MarketXLS:
- Go to Control Panel, Add or remove programs
- Look for MarketXLS, select it and then click on uninstall
- Reinstall the latest version from the website
- Double click on the downloaded file and follow the process to complete the install.
